“What an amazing night! I was skeptical when I heard it was to be an 8 course tasting menu. In the past that has meant fussy, little portions of 'trying too hard' in the middle of a massive plate. Not here!! Amazing flavours, rich textures and spectacular presentation at each course. SO GOOD. Billy and his staff also took extremely good care of our large group, the night went off without a hitch. I've shared my pics and experience with several friends up there already and I'd go back for sure!”
