Nicole was excellent; she removed them fast but with care, and there was no damage to my hair. For the installation, she took the time to understand where and how I liked the placement of the tapes and installed them perfectly. “I'm posting this review months after I had my dreadlocks done, because I was just sat here playing with my hair thinking about my blessings, and the good people in my life. Naledi is a lovely human who happens to be one! Such a pleasure spending time with her as she works gently and delicately on my head to create her masterpiece that is epic dreadlocks! I'm so very happy and proud to walk around showcasing her work. She is very thoughtful in her process and takes the time needed for a good dread install. She is also always available to answer questions I might have after the work is done. Time flies when I am getting them done because we always have good conversation and that means a lot to me. Michelle is amazing in keeping me on the right appointment and accommodating when I need to cancel or reschedule. Nothing is too much for her and with her smile makes the clinic feel welcome. The technicians, nurses and doctors are top notch. They make sure that I'm receiving the best procedure or treatment. There are no concerns when I go to the clinic. The staff know what works well for me and they don't let me go overboard. Learning to age gracefully. I always feel like I'm in a spa and feel great when I leave. Every employee takes the time and knowledge to make me feel good. I enjoy going to the clinic. It's like a day off work.”
