(March 10, 2019, 2:22 am)After posting the below review with only 1 star, I was contacted by Harvey's customer service and assured they are striving to provide excellent customer service. So I went through the drive through tonight with my son and ordered a couple burger combos. The time between paying at the window and receiving my order was a few seconds under 2 minutes, so I've bumped up the rating to 5 stars. Keep up the good work.
Previous review: "Very slow service getting your food whether you eat in or use the drive through. They don't server "Chalet" fries with Swiss Chalet meals. You get the "Harvey's" fries."

(January 24, 2019, 8:23 pm)Home town atmosphere at this location. Management and staff are friendly and the food is awesome.Some of the best Swiss Chalet chicken I've ever had,cooked with care and super tender. As always the fries are amazing. We eat here often.
