(February 20, 2019, 3:20 pm)my experience at this McDonald's started with the kiosk printer not working. then when I went to the front cash there was No one there to assist me with my order then when someone seen me I still ended up waiting a couple of minutes. After my order was sorted the service was good till I asked for my fries to be cooked a little longer, all I got was my fries dumped back into the holder and she dispensed me fresher fries that came out of the fryer and gave them to me as I watched, she made no attempt to fill my simple request. what is happening to customer service? ??

Overnight staff is friendly and fantastic. Like any fast food place, skip the drive-thru.
