“my experience at this McDonald's started with the kiosk printer not working. then when I went to the front cash there was No one there to assist me with my order then when someone seen me I still ended up waiting a couple of minutes. After my order was sorted the service was good till I asked for my fries to be cooked a little longer, all I got was my fries dumped back into the holder and she dispensed me fresher fries that came out of the fryer and gave them to me as I watched, she made no attempt to fill my simple request. what is happening to customer service? ??”

“This Tim Hortons is often busy in the mornings like most others in the province. On the weekends it tends to be a little cramped as it's a smaller Tim's. That being said the Drive Threw gets my orders right and are quick .would recommend to road warriors but not for those looking to stop in for breakfast”
