“A life changing experience! It took my second course to "get it" but it worked as advertised. Run by volunteers, solely on donations. Clean and very well organized. The food was excellent. Assistant teacher Bob was very helpful. Completing a 10-day course is not easy, make sure you're ready and open to the technique. Most importantly be sure you are practicing correctly! Take advantage of the teachers help.”
