Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Holding a crappy credit gets you no where these days but having Trevor O. on your side, he sure knows how to put your mind at ease. He is thorough and detailed with information making sure we understand every steps. His patience and compassion shows he cares about his client. Highly recommended!!

He explained me well everything to understand the situation I have on how I could possibly purchase a car and at the same time I could build my credit. It is really hard and impossible but he made it possible, I would totally recommend him and they’re company to all those people who think that having bad credit has no chance to own a car but DENNIS BEAUDRY made it possible, Thank You so so much we are so happy ???? god bless and more power. Normally financing a car is a painstaking and stressful experience, but my experience was nothing but excellent customer service all the way! Everything was explained in detailed and with patience. They assisted me in obtaining a loan which in turn will help rebuild my credit. Thank you to the entire team. Greatly appreciated
(January 31, 2019, 11:18 pm)If you are looking to buy a used car or truck forget the rest. Out of all the different cars and trucks I have owned 401 auto was the best experience I've ever had!!!! Unfortunately my credit is in bad shape and I still was able to get a nice car with an affordable payment plan. And it's small things like the tank was full when I took delivery of the car first time ever the gas tank was full. And the great salesperson that put the gloves on for me was Carlo he duked it out with lenders and got me an affordable car payment. Check 401 auto out you won't be disappointed!!!!!!!!!

Just bought a new car from there for the first time through a dealership and I love the results that I walked away with. Thank you Lindsay for being so helpful, thorough and making it easy, fast and an overall enjoyable experience in this process. Definitely recommend shopping here!!
(January 2, 2019, 9:52 pm)I had been driving an old beater to save money until I talked to these fine folks. Denis and Lana took stellar care of me and showed me a much better solution to get me into the car I was saving for and out of my old scrap-heap-time-bomb. They made they whole process crystal clear and I ended up in a nicer car than I expected for a lot less money than I had been thinking. If you're on the fence, drive by Innisfil Beach Road and see them, they'll treat you fairly.
