(May 29, 2018, 12:09 pm)I started with a three (3) sections of Dock In A Box for my cottage in the Kearney Ontario area and in the past 2 years have extended it twice to 5 units and its now 50 feet out. I personally install and remove it each year and as a 60 year old male have found it to be a pleasure compared to others on the market. Extreme well designed and manufactured, I find the Innisfil location very convenient for my trips north, hauling the parts in a small landscaping trailer. Simple to install and still looks brand new after 4 years left under 6 feet of ice and snow. The people that run this operation are First Class from the owners to the warehouse crew. Save yourself the troubles and do it Right Once. Best product on the market!
(May 21, 2018, 5:06 pm)We are very happy with the dock system that we purchased a couple of years ago, but also very happy with how they dealt with a bumper issue we had last summer. They replaced it with an even better bumper, no questions asked.
(September 15, 2017, 1:19 pm)Top quality, excellent engineering, esthetically pleasing product. More expensive than other docks but worth it. Great service and responsiveness from Scott and Rita. Ask for Lloyd to install it.
(July 19, 2017, 7:29 pm)What a great product! We were a little nervous about building the dock ourselves, but it turned out to be not too bad to put together. We had a local contractor build a wood "crib" into the hill of our property. We then attached the Dock in a Box dock, using the brackets supplied by Dock in a Box ourselves. We have six 6’x10' sections from Dock in a Box. It took about 6 hours to put it all together. We had up 8 family members working on it at one time. Some were bringing the materials down to the dock area, some were putting the legs and ends on, and we had two in the water to make sure the legs were level and hooking everything together. I was a great assembly line! That night, we had a great time relaxing and fishing off our new dock! Thank goodness for family who like to help!
Since Dock in a Box allows for additional sections to be added on, we will hopefully be replacing the remaining part of the old wood dock that juts out into the lake with a ramp and a large floating dock.
