“I am so grateful I found these guys, was told by a previous company that I needed a new furnace and water heater and was quoted over 12,000 dollars 😢,then I called Northern heating and cooling and not only did they show up the same day and on time,but they assured me there was nothing wrong with my unit and after changing a few parts everything was working great, and the technician was so trustworthy and a professional that when he gave me the idea to move the furnace to give me more room in my basement it was a no Brainer. “Waqas has been fantastic. Was excellent in diagnosing the cause of a bad leak - helped to save us a LOT of $$$. Shows up on time, great, friendly attitude and very informative and transparent with his advice. NOT mining you for money. Tells you what has to be done like it is, not recommending BS work that will drain your account. He also installed a brand new soft water system for us and it was a great experience - everything functioning as it should and service was much better than you’d expect. Bottom line is this guy has 5 stars because he deserves them and I anticipate that will not change as more reviews come in.”
