Upon arrival, I was greeted into a beautiful facility where Li asked what I was looking for and made suggestions. I was also helped by her lovely assistant and she was very kind and thoughtful! Li did mapping on my brows, showed me what she was thinking and answered questions along the way. She provided suggestions for my follow- up appointment in 4-6 weeks and thoroughly explained the after care for my brows. I felt relaxed and comfortable the entire time and most of all, I LOVE my brows. I came out with full brows that I could NEVER fill in myself. I am beyond happy with my experience and I would recommend this service to anyone who is considering it.
