My wife and I shop in EB Games a lot and have visited many different stores across Southern Ontario. We always say to each other how lucky we are that our local Midland store is the BEST EB Games we visit. All of the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, the selection is amazing and there's always something new to see. Whenever we have a question whether it be on a product, a pre-order or even something to do with our Edge Card account, the staff and Manager Jill actually have answers or do their absolute best to find us an answer. Good customer service is hard to come by and exceptional customer service is almost non existent so when you find it, you have to give it the kudos it deserves. Thank you EB Games Midland - you guys are the best!

Amazing service. It was like I had my own personal shopper. Wasn't sure what I needed when I went in, told the sales associate I was looking for t shirts, the age of the person and sort of genre; the sales associate was amazing; she pulled out all different types of shirts and displayed them for me. Left story very happy with my purchase.
