We've been patronizing their business for over 12 years and have always had great customer service and loved all of our purchases. They are flexible, kind and incredible reasonable (even when I've gone in to exchange gifts from my spouse that were not really my style). I've had custom jewelry made for myself, friends, & family, and they've always made sure I'm happy with each item. Love my newest piece (custom station necklace) and we'll be back for more.
