I didn't realise it was the 30th day. I ran there like a bat out of hell (had a few drinks already so wasn't driving) total super stars the staff. I have personally verified the completion and quality of many alterations, and can confidently confirm that the workmanship is excellent, the prices very reasonable, the commitment to deadlines exemplary, and the flexibility and service provided exceptional. Complicated and/or extensive jobs often require fine-tuning. The Sewing House works with each customer until they are satisfied, even when the scope changes and/or more work is involved than originally planned. If a customer does not consider or allow for this, then they should expect to be leaving with a possibly imperfect or incomplete alteration. Many of the previous reviews are not relevant to the current owner and seamstress... unfortunately, that is how google works. “I have a Rolex Submariner (16613) 1998 vintage stainless steel and gold that needed the bracelet polished as it had quite a few scratches, I was reluctant to have it touched by anyone else other than the Rolex Service Centre on Yonge and St. Clair in Toronto but due to covid and Rolex being closed, we have also been staying at our cottage I decided to have them polish it..... let me tell you I am very particular and they did an outstanding job it looks amazing maintaining crisp clean edges!!
