Went for breakfast and enjoyed it! First day back open to the public inside but there was still a good few tables of customers. Highly enjoyed the home fries, as they’re obviously freshly sliced, and cooked with veggies for extra flavour! Most places have frozen cubed home fries.

Rainy Sunday afternoon, tasty Eggs Benny with home fries and excellent service! A well deserved 5 stars from me.

I got takeout from Uncle Jimmy's restaurant, on a recommendation from a friend, and was very happy with my meal. I ordered a hot hamburger with fries and veggies, and it tasted great! The fries were perfect, the veggies were crisp, and the burger with gravy was very flavorful. My wife had a standard breakfast in bacon and eggs with home fries and toast, and while the price was a little expensive, the breakfast itself tasted great especially the home fries.

I had an opportunity to speak with one of the owners and Jimmy has been cooking since he was 18 years old. He's currently 78 years old and still cooking! His years of experience as a cook translates well into the quality and taste of his food. I will definitely come back and I'm excited to try some of the other tasty options on his menu.
