(July 21, 2020, 8:41 pm)The building is really nice its Clean, Spacious and the underground parking is a very good touch, However the Air conditioner breaks down once a month and the generator in front has some issues and can get pretty loud, The front door intercom isnt set up still aswell.

I can't speak to the quality of the build (perhaps those who bought in Beeton or Alliston from the same developers would have more insight?) but beautiful location right next to the conservation area, in a still very peaceful and quaint town. Nice looking building and passionate people developing it. Can't wait to see the finished product!
(July 12, 2019, 8:07 pm)Going to be great veiws quality builder cant say enough. The other reviewer dosen't know how condos work guess they think its a rental, I even have a BBQ hook up on my balcony.
