I had a slipped disc and he was VERY informative and persistent at helping me recover quite quickly with physio. This is a new location in Tottenham , I recommend anyone to give Alex and his team a try if you’re suffering. The acupuncture helped me greatly. “This is by far, my favorite dental office, especially during these hard times. I was a bit nervous & sceptical due to my anxiety issues to go to this new place, not anymore! They have a very strict Covid screening, starting weeks before & right down to 3 hrs before my appointment. This office is very high tech, new & cozy. Somebody spent a good deal of money into this place & I like that. They even have tons of air purifiers all over. The staff are fantastic. I was greeted by the receptionist (Sonia), who answered all my questions and even helped me with my insurance concerns. Then I was seen by their hygienists (Monica), who was very professional, full of information & very easy to talk to. I like her, for some reason I didn't feel stressed at all ( I normally do ), good energy, extremely gentle & thorough. Finally was seen by the dentist (Dr. Mark) who carefully examined my mouth and took the time and answered all questions. Great office, awesome staff”

“I honestly can't say enough good things and recommend this farm enough. The care is phenomenal. They don't cut ANY corners and do what they say they're going to do, no hidden surprises to be found out later down the line. The horses have 24/7 access to water inside and out (yup, even in the winter!!), as well as hay (unless otherwise needed for health reasons). And don't even get me started on how well the stalls are bedded! The care is completely catered to each horses needs. There is absolutely no one size fits all here. Each horses regimen is determined on a case by case basis which changes as your horses needs change throughout the seasons, workload fluctuations etc. Just when you think things couldn't get any better.. Caren became a certified Equi-Bow and Equi-Tape practitioner! To say she has done incredible work on my gelding (as well as my dog) would be an understatement. She has been a key piece in why I am able to still ride my gelding today, after almost being written off in 2016 due to an injury. My horse used to be your "typical" hot Thoroughbred, the one that everyone dreaded to handle.. since moving to N09E in 2016 he has completely mellowed out. After years of searching and boarding at numerous barns, he finally found his forever home.”

“I rate this gym 5 stars out of 5. Here's why: The Gym/ Facilities - This gym is open 24/7. It is very clean and bright. The equipment is all new and up-to-date. Individual bathrooms are clean and provide privacy. Team Classes - These classes are amazing! They are simple, yet diverse and great for all fitness levels. I have been taking these classes a few times a week and really enjoy them. There is an additional cost (hint: the more classes you buy, the cheaper it is per class)...however, it is totally worth it! You get a great workout and have fun at the same time. The Staff - There are many great gyms out there, but what makes this one so great is the amazing staff! The owners (Phil and Matt) are friendly, helpful and easily approachable. The trainers/coaches (Matt and Joaquin) are friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. Keep up the great work guys!”
