My sales person, Adam Crowe, was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable during the entire process from when I told him what I was looking for by telephone to the exact vehicle he found for me. He had no problem in answering any of the questions I had whether they were sales related or technical, as well as providing additional information that a buyer trading in a vehicle and purchasing a new one should know. As well whenever I visited the dealership, all the other staff were very friendly, greeting me as soon as I walked in and offering whatever help they could, including refreshments! Scheduling for the test drive, paperwork for the new vehicle and picking up of the vehicle were all very easy and appointments ran on time.
