“I am really grateful for the clinic in our community. I am happy with the people who provide information, Noella and Heather and health care Jennifer. My one criticism is the shut down days for inclement weather. I am a retired teacher and as a teacher in my working years I was expected to make it in to work even when the children were not going to be there. Everyone else is expected to make it in to work including my wife who was a nurse at a retirement home. Inclement weather was never a day off.”

“My son attended Sierrah Acres with an adapted day camp. He has autism and an intellectual disability and is scared of animals and birds. I emailed Cindy to give her a bit of information about my son and find out exactly what the day would involve, she responded and suggested we talk on the phone. Our call allowed me to ask questions and get the information I needed to prepare my son, reduce his anxiety and generally reassure him that the trip would be okay for him. Imagine my delight on collecting my son from camp to be shown pictures of him sitting on a horse. This is a boy who is scared to pet dogs!! He groomed and rode a horse and was so proud of himself for doing so. I can't thank Cindy and her team, and the camp workers enough for providing the kind of environment that allowed him a new experience that increased his confidence around animals. The pride my son has in his achievements that day are priceless and I would highly recommend this experience for other kids. Thank you Sierrah Acres!!!”
