Lagoon Harbour Resort & Hotel

We loved staying here every year. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant on site has a great patio! Unfortunately they didn't open at the beginning of May so we had to AirBnb instead.

The Lagoon Harbour Resort has an amazing potential, unfortunately, it's not well maintained, the rooms are not so clean, the entire place smells like old carpet.
The staff is friendly and breakfast was ok.

We were there for a weekend getaway and we had lunch in the restaurant. They have a very nice patio and view for the lake. I am surprised that they have Chinese dish like flat noodle with beef and Singapore rice noodle. Of course, American food is also being offered, like burger and fish & chip. The downside about it is that they couldn't handle 10+ tables at the same time. We waited a long time for just placing the order/water/napkins. The speed of food delivering was OK on the other hand.

Very pretty location and the food is good sometimes excellent! But the service is...well unfriendly. It wouldn't hurt to smile and at least pretend you like your job. We had an older gentleman that just wanted to get away from us. I had a steak sandwich that was ŕeally good but why oh why did you serve us little packages of ketchup that had been sitting in the sun on a 30' day? You could practically see the botulism growing.
