“Loved the pool, staff, and location. And the massage therapists were absolutely amazing. They do have a few issues they have to figure out there though. The food at the restaurant took way too long to be prepared and was extremely expensive. The rooms weren't cleaned during the day even when it was requested. They could provide more towels, especially in the pool area. The beach was whatever, plus you couldn't swim there due to the bacteria. They didn't provide water bottles. Had a great time though. Just bring your own food.”

“This was the best little spot for a quick getaway out of the city. Tamara was quick to respond to any and all questions, and was very helpful and accommodating. The trailer was perfect for the two of us, very clean and had everything we needed. She even left us a card & little treat as she knew it was an anniversary trip. The lot was HUGE and we still felt like we had our privacy. We mentioned to her that we've been very busy with work and never get to sleep in so she allowed us a late check-out which was so lovely! Not that I had low expectations, but she definitely exceeded them! Tamara was a great host and since she lives nearby she offered to bring us anything we needed at anytime, which we didn't need to because she set us up so nicely already. She even gave us a tip to get to the best spot to watch the sunset. This cute little trailer is under-rated and I can't wait to come back next summer! Thanks Tamara!”

“Just stayed here for a night and was extremely happy with our choice of accommodations. There was hot cinnamon buns on the counter when we arrived shortly after dinner. The hosts Haley and Randy (and we can't forget Buddy the friendly spaniel) welcomed us when we arrived. Their home is classically beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was sparkling clean and not over chlorinated. We even had a bonfire! Fluffy towels and beautiful bedding made our sleep heavenly. A mouthwatering hot breakfast beginning with a fresh fruit appetizer concluded our stay. Although we did not have time, the lake is very close. I highly recommend this place and we will definately be back!!!”

“This place is beautiful! The owners are so nice and the cottages are well-organized. They provide almost everything to have the best stay possible (a variety of bikes, fire pits, outdoor chairs, barbecue, kayaks) We came here on my daughter's birthday and she had an amazing time! You will have a fantastic view of lake Simcoe. It was time well spent.”

“Amazing place for a quiet family getaway. We spent the week there with our two kids and they had a blast. The beach is beautiful and loads of sand toys for the kids. There is also a canoe and paddle boats for guests. The owners are super friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless. I highly recommend it for a getaway!”

“Had a fantastic evening staying here. The hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, the rooms were clean and comfortable. For the age of the home we were able to sleep with no problems, could not hear any creaking or other guests. The breakfast was amazing. An absolute top notch breakfast with muffin, yogurt with fresh fruit and eggs Benedict. Would definitely stay here again if we are every passing through.”

“It's okay... Nothing too fancy. It's a clean room, decent breakfast, close to the casino. My only slight complaint was that there wasn't much blocking of the noise. I can hear everybody in the hallway clearly. Other than that no problems.”

“The Stay was great! We were celebrating our 25th Anniversary and wanted a one night getaway in the end of January. We got a fireplace and a jacuzzi in the room. Two fireplace paper logs were in the room but it was a cold day so we went into town and bought another box of paper logs which we used all but one during our overnight stay. There was a small fridge in the room and a coffee machine. Three meals were included, Dinner on the day of arrival, Breakfast the next morning and Lunch before you leave. The meals were great! During the winter months, you must arrive for meals sometime during the one hour period that is set out. The Room was clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The dining room staff were friendly and attentive. The staff worked very hard and removed the thick ice on the pathways that was left from the storm the day before we arrived. We definitely will go back.”
