From the moment I started communicating with Phil I knew he was going to make a not so pleasant situation much easier to deal with. We’d had a family of raccoons living in our attic rent free for months. When I heard them screeching and fighting one night I knew it was time to bite the bullet and start calling services. Phil was the quickest to respond and easiest to communicate with. His quote was very fair and he did exactly what he promised excitably when he promised to do it. Getting rid of those raccoons was seamless and after 2 months I’ve neither seen nor heard any evidence of them returning. Phil cleaned out whatever mess they had made and sealed the exterior of the house so we won’t be seeing them again.
