“The staff at North Simcoe Veterinary Services are wonderful. We are always able to schedule appointments with ease, our cats' records are very detailed, treatments and procedures are recommended only when necessary and without pressure, and staff have always answered our questions with confidence. I've not been a pet owner before rescuing these two cats, so I am unable to determine how the fees of this clinic compare to other local clinics. I do find that vet fees run higher than I expected (and especially with two cats), so I just make sure to ask upfront or ask for a detailed breakdown of fees before confirming any treatments or procedures. The staff are more than happy to walk you through the invoice and explain everything on it.”

“We had a sick little puppy and we took him to the Chidiac Animal Hospital a few days before Christmas. We had the pleasure of having Dr. Singh as our Vet that evening. To say that I was impressed would be an understatement. He took his time and spent close to 1 hour consulting with us regarding our puppy's condition. If that wasn't enough, he followed up with a couple messages & phone calls over the next week. Not only is this the best service we've ever had from a Vet, it's probably the best service I've had with any type of business - period!!! Winston, our puppy, is very thankful for Dr. Singh :)”
