Bear Campground

Awenda provincial park this year marks our second visit to the site, other than the fact with the first day rain both times, my friends and I all have some quality time over there. The reason we like this place is the amount of trees are nice and the density of site will provide us with enough privacy, star gazing is also amazing at the lake during the night, 10/10 place for camping:).

Near the comfort station. Campsites were private and far apart enough. Though small. Really hard pressed to find a spot where the water isn't flowing downhill to at our site when it rained our tents sat on a pond makeshift as if. Still. Beach was nice. Lots of water stations. And they cleaned the comfort stations often. Plenty of toilet paper and they even had a laundry room on site

One of the best provincial parks I've been too. Very clean. Quiet. Nice big dog beach. Our site had a decent amount of privacy.

The site was exactly as advertised. The site was semi-private so you could see your neighbors but it was fully shaded from the top. The toilet facilities was walking distance and clean and the comfort station was clean and offered hot water for showers. They also offered children and adult programs. The kids and I enjoyed campfire stories offered by the Rangers, the camp staff were nice and the beaches were clear and they had a pet friendly section. Would define go again.

The comfort station was not fully operational in Bear campground. Showers worked, but bathrooms were locked and marked out of order. Otherwise the sites were nice. Large and well spread apart from other sites in the same campground.
