Excellent service in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I thought there wasn't much hope for my very old lawn tractor, but I know a guy had it up and running in a few days. Great guys in this shop and very reasonable prices too! They pick up and deliver back to you quickly! Very easy to deal with! We have been using these guys for a while and not even 1 issue or problem. You want it done right call "I know a guy"! Half the price of the local dealers! So you save money and get it done right the first time! If there was 10 stars we would give it to them!

Absolutely the best service! The prices are very reasonable including pickup and delivery! They do everything to please the customer. They back up there service and go out of their way to make it easy to deal with them from start to finish. I would highly recommend this repair shop!

Peter and Thor at I Know a Guy small engine repair stand behind their work. Standing behind your work is key to good business and I Know a Guy does this and much more. I had a snowblower serviced in the early fall trying to be prepared. Brought the unit back home, followed their instruction to run a full tank through prior to use, which I did and waited for the first snow to fall. When that snow finally came, I pulled the snowblower out and it ran fine but the snow was not pushing up and through the chute properly. I called the guys up and they said they would absolutely check it out and sort the problem out. Peter came and picked up the snowblower, issue was corrected and unit was dropped back off by Peter all at no charge as they STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK...Highly recommend and have referred family, friends and colleagues. Thanks guys!!!

Had my 21 inch snowblower and my Stihl chainsaw repaired. They were both ready in good time and at reasonable prices. Previously in June they repaired my husquarna push mower. Again a very good turnaround and reasonably priced. Thanks for the great service.
