Scheduled online and immediately received adequate communication with all details, then checked in with the technician 30 minutes before arrival, as agreed. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and shared numerous tips for maintaining our furnace and air conditioner, in addition to performing the requested thorough cleaning of all ducts.
