The Studio Boutique Pilates

I have been going for about a month and a half now and love it. Jaime is so knowledgeable and wonderful at helping improve your form. It's working out that doesn't feel strenuous. I come out feeling stretched and relaxed. I would recommend her to anyone interested. It's fun 😁

I have been thinking of trying Pilates for some time now as I heard it can be amazing. I had my first session with Jaime and it was a wonderful experience. I really like the fact it's smaller classes makes you feel comfortable and gives Jaime the opportunity to focus on each individual. Jaime was great with instructions and adjusting my posture. Until today, I actually didn't realize how much strength I have. Thank you Jaime for the great experience. I will definitely be booking more sessions.

The best experience I have had doing Pilates. Jaime actually cares about what your doing and fixes your form if your not doing it right. Music and whole vibe makes you feel very comfortable… Highly recommend!!
