““Life changing” The 2 words to describe the time I had at Crossroads truck/bus driving school and the people I have met. When I first started the CZ portion of the course, I had no experience driving a heavy manual transmission, the use of air brakes or the proper inspections/regulations/ responsibilities that come along holding a CZ license. During the classroom portion. I felt comfortable with the process and theory as they were clearly explained, demonstrated and they tested my knowledge. Next was the driving portion. The instructors were very responsive to my questions, teaching proper technique that was helpful to remember, and each instructor had over decades worth of experience in the commercial industry. By the time I took the test I was ready. In the beginning when they say “you will be confident by the end of this course for your MTO exam” you will be.”
