My computer decided to act up in ways I cannot describe. It was like someone threw a bomb in my hard drive. Nothing worked, drives changed, I could not find files and nothing was where it was used to be. I was feeling very upset because I thought I had lost everything.
I called Chris and he came to my house and calmly worked through my list of problems. I was very worried that my problems were beyond repair. Chris managed to fix them all in a very short time and I was truly amazed at his knowledge and professionalism. He followed up with me to make sure things were still running smoothly.
I have not had any further problems, but if I do I will certainly call on Chris at CMD Computers for help. Excellent, fast service.
