I wanted to get back in to feeling good in my own skin and clothes and I meet up with Josh. Who is a no-nonsense type of guy, which I think is fabulous, I don’t want some bullsh&$ feed to me at my age of 55.
He selected and designed warm up stretches and a program for my type of body and what I needed to do to achieve what I want.
He truly is educated in the body mechanics and understands what I needed even before I told him. He knew to do exercises that would help me in the long run.
