Winchester COVID-19 Assessment Centre

Two comments here. First the staff were great and ver helpful. Second, the requirement to call the testing centre from the parking lot while you are waiting in your car so that you can get on the list to be seen is nonsensical. It assumes you have an operational cell phone and navigate an automated telephone menu. Many do not have phones or cannot deal with the telephone system. Today i called the number for a mom with 4 kids who had already been unable to reach the testing centre after 50+ attempts. She had been waiting 2.5 hours to call and still could not reach the centre. Her cell died and she was stuck. Surely there must be a better way to get seen.
