“Two comments here. First the staff were great and ver helpful. Second, the requirement to call the testing centre from the parking lot while you are waiting in your car so that you can get on the list to be seen is nonsensical. It assumes you have an operational cell phone and navigate an automated telephone menu. Many do not have phones or cannot deal with the telephone system. Today i called the number for a mom with 4 kids who had already been unable to reach the testing centre after 50+ attempts. She had been waiting 2.5 hours to call and still could not reach the centre. Her cell died and she was stuck. Surely there must be a better way to get seen.”

He looked at what could be done to get me the best possible price that would fit my budget. He was super-quick to respond to my emails (often outside of work hours!) and was helpful and pleasant throughout the whole purchase process. He came in person when the machine was delivered, gave me a quick tour of the tractor and the attachments I bought and offered to help if needed if I had any other questions after I had used the machine. Top notch service!”
