The wait times can be long but there's more than 200 people booking appointments and needing service where there is a lack of doctors. The front desk staff are not rude, they are very polite and do there best with what they have. There is now an automated system for calls. Overall, the service is amazing for the amount of people who work there and for the amount of doctors and nurses at their disposal.”

“Received 2 reminder emails of upcoming appointment, about a week apart! Great for organizing schedules! Service was prompt! Right on time....no waiting!! Dental Hygenist, Tammy, warmly greeted me, gave her name and shook my hand. She provided small talk that was genuine and relaxed and set the atmosphere for the entire appointment. You could tell she really cared about her patient and her profession! She provided detail information on what she was doing and took extra care to ensure I was comfortable. The dentist came in at the end to review the service provided. She was very friendly and relaxed and took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the services provided. I hate going to the dentist but love Altima Dental Clinic!”

“First rate in every way. Rooms, hallways and common areas in pristine condition. Minor problems in room handled immediately by Ray who's in charge of maintenance. General manager Shelly Hamilton has done an excellent job hiring an exceedingly friendly and efficient staff. Have made my mother feel both welcome and safe. Sylvia O'Donohue, Health & Wellness Manager and her staff have made all of us rest easier knowing they're keeping an eye on things. Kitchen provides a delicious varied menu served with a smile. Wish we would have considered this as an option years ago.”
