Selling our house and then trying to find another one, in a seller's market, was a tough one! Thank goodness we had Monica Gallagher as our realtor to help us every step of the way. She went above and beyond for us. She took the time to give us tips on how we could improve our home before putting it up for sale. She sold our existing house and then helped us find the perfect house for us, in our preferred location. She was excellent, and recommended that we write a personal letter to our seller and even made the 2 hour round trip drive to Sudbury to present our offer to the seller in person; which I'm sure, with her professionalism and putting her clients first, cinched the deal for us, as our offer was accepted. Monica is also very good with communicating back and forth and keeping us up to date with everything. She always answered our texts or returned our calls very quickly .. but also kept it professional and was never on her cellphone while she was with us. She made us feel as if we were her only clients, which was definitely not the case. There's a reason Monica is the number #1 realtor in the area ... go ahead and give her a call, you won’t be disappointed. She will always have my business in the future.
