“Waterfalls Lodge is a fishing/hunting vacation spot that I had located online in the early spring. It was very appealing in many ways. On the way home from a Southern Ontario to Vancouver Island road trip we stopped in to view the Lodge in person. It was mid-September and a beautiful day but the natural beauty of this location would shine through even if it wasn't. Rob and Kathy have outdone themselves in providing a full-service fishing resort for just about anyone who enjoys such a place. My 5 stars are simply for the presentation their property makes on its own! I will be booking a week next year and then the rest of the details will follow. I expect my review will be 5+ then!!”

“Selling our house and then trying to find another one, in a seller's market, was a tough one! Thank goodness we had Monica Gallagher as our realtor to help us every step of the way. She went above and beyond for us. She took the time to give us tips on how we could improve our home before putting it up for sale. She sold our existing house and then helped us find the perfect house for us, in our preferred location. She was excellent, and recommended that we write a personal letter to our seller and even made the 2 hour round trip drive to Sudbury to present our offer to the seller in person; which I'm sure, with her professionalism and putting her clients first, cinched the deal for us, as our offer was accepted. Monica is also very good with communicating back and forth and keeping us up to date with everything.
