“Not much has been easy during this COVID-19 pandemic however, the staff at Chartwell on Arundel Street went above and beyond to make moving my Mom into her new home as easy as possible. Nick, Stephanie, Crystal and Allison have been just a few of the amazing individuals who have helped make this move possible and my Mom's transition easier despite the many (and frequently changing) rules and regulations. The help I was given to plan and arrange the move and the extra attention Mom has received upon arrival has been greatly appreciated. The staff have been excellent in communicating with the family given the visiting restrictions and have provided extra assistance to Mom when needed. Thank you from the Niccoli and Carlson families!”
