Best Western Plus NorWester Hotel & Conference Centre

Great hotel. Clean room. Smelt fresh. Good options for breakfast and a beautiful view!

Beautiful views, friendly staff and extremely clean. Iv stayed in many hotels across ontario for work and this hotel is by far the best I have stayed in. Room has a fridge, microwave, couch, table, balcony, comfortable bed, A/C. I'll be staying here every time i come to thunder bay.

Rooms look a little dated, but the hotel has everything you need /want. Lots of space to park if you are towing, it's in a quiet area outside the city, but only a 7 minute drive to whatever shopping and dining you want. The restaurant on site is nice as well. Definitely would stay here again.

Everything about our stay was great, the customer service was excellent, and the area was fairly beautiful despite snow slowly melting away. The room was clean despite it being a pet room, and the layout was fantastic. T hey were still doing limited room service even in these trying times which was nice to have, as most hotels are just doing bagged grab and go breakfast. (They were doing that as well, however that's fine for breakfast) It was nice just to have the option of room service. My only complaint was the vending machines are a bit dated and don't accept credit/debit, and the ATM was down.

Otherwise it was a great stay.
