Very good customer service at the airport desk, always has a good selection of next to new vehicles. Would have given a 5 star but vehicle interior cleanliness needs to be stepped up a bit. The dash and console were wiped down with a ready wipe and was streaky, smeared, and greasy around the center console and steering wheel, after a wipe down with a towel and some water it was okay.

I believe the agent's name was Bodi. He was amazing. Fast. Efficient. Personable and professional. I rent vehicles for work all over Canada and I just wish every experience was like this. He recommended I upgrade to an all wheel drive SUV and it was the best advice I could have received. After leaving the airport I drove for hours in every type of weather I could imagine, rain, fog, snow, black ice, slushy ice, hard pack, gusting winds. And the vehicle carried me safely through it all. Will 100% rent here again
