I prefer to rent my vehicle from here since their service so far was good and located close to my house. However, with my most recent rental experience, after returning the vehicle within the committed time (after hour drop-off), the next day I received the invoice for an additional day. When I called them, the customer representative informed me since there was none presented at the time of drop-off, they charged for an additional day and waiting for the call from the customer to issue refund! I was not aware of this weird protocol during pick-up. I expected from them, as a renowned rental company, they monitor the drop-off time via security camera and charge accordingly. May be next time, I will drop-off just before they open and call them afterward for refund; does it sound good, enterprise???

Consistently the best Enterprise Car/SUV Rental or any rental car/suv location in Thunder Bay. Excellent customer care, decent upgrades (with and without asking for), clean vehicles. They’ve even held items for me that I forgot when I returned the vehicles. One of the least pushy locations with regards to up sell extras. Highly recommended!

I had rented a full size car from Enterprise in Winnipeg. I happened to be in Thunder Bay and punctured a tire. I limped into this Enterprise location and was amazed at the prompt service. Andrew Hill quickly replaced my car with a ready-to-go alternative vehicle. Then he re-configured and printed a new contract on the vehicle to smooth my return of the different vehicle in Winnipeg. He got me on my way in less than a half hour to accommodate my pressing timetable. No fuss no muss! Good service is always appreciated when things are normal, but exceptional service when unexpected things go wrong is the mark of a true professional. Andrew earned 5 stars for his efforts and it reflects well on this Enterprise location in Thunder Bay. Thank You!!
