“The previous review of 1 star does not seem to reflect the cottage we stayed at at all. It seems to be a sour renter leaving a bad review. We stayed at this cottage twice now and will be coming back next year. The owners are incredibly nice and bend over backwards for their guests. The cottage is immaculate and the view is spectacular. The cottage literally has everything so we only bring our personal things and food. They even supply the fire wood for the bonfire. Other cottages we stayed at did not supply linens, toilet paper, paper towels and coffee etc., this cottage has it all. My family loves to fish and this lake which is actually a big river is awesome for fishing and boating. The area is beautiful and sitting in the whirlpool at night looking over the stars while listening to the loons is why we come back every year. The kids had fun too they have a playground and paddle boat and the raft is also a lot of fun. We can only recommend this place to anyone wanting to go north of the Muskoka's.”
