We've been with Mama Earth since the start of the pandemic. Amazing quality and variety of produce with an extensive set of options for customizing according to your preferences. Customer service has always been exceptional and any time there has been something not quite right, it has been generously compensated and made better. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful service. Everybody that I have ever dealt with - from the drivers to the helpful customer service people via email is instantly responsive and friendly. It is great to know you're supporting local organic farmers and a positive working environment at the same time. On the rare occasion there's been an issue (e.g. substitution, change in product) it is the company that informs me - ahead of time, not after the fact. So impressed.
