"Honest" is the most appropriate way to describe Phoenix Heating and cooling. My water heater stopped working. They did troubleshooting with patient. They proposed most cost effective option to fix the issue instead of replacing entire unit which would have made them more money. I would certainly recommend.

This company was great! From the time I called for a quote to actual installation was three days. They were clean and precise and made sure to go over all the components with us after they completed the installation, which did not take too long to do, and they were very respectful inside our home, and very fair and honest in their pricing compare to other companies.

I was very pleased with the whole installation process of the mid-efficiency boiler. They arrived on time and were so pleasant. They made sure that the floors and carpets were protected and were very neat with all the supplies and tools that were needed for the job. I appreciated that I was welcomed each time I went to check on progress.
