Tom Day Plumbing and Drains Toronto

Called Tom Day this morning after discovering water leaking though our kitchen ceiling. Tom said Jamie will be over in an hour, and he was!
Jamie was very helpful and professional and discovered the issue very quickly, (tank on the upstairs toilet was not firmly attached to the base of the toilet), and completed the repair. This was the first time we called Tom Day Plumbing and will certainly call them again if we have another plumbing issue.

Excellent customer service by Tom and Jamie. They were extremely professional and took the time to explain what needed to be done. They didn’t overcharge as I had other quotes and Tom’s was the most reasonable. I highly recommend him, he’s thorough in his work and I have had no problems since! Definitely will get him for any plumbing needs I have !

I'm very happy with the service, promptness, attention to detail, and clear communications, and I will absolutely be using this company if I need a plumber in the future. Jamie installed a new tub, shower, and fixtures, he made great suggestions as to how we could lay things out in a more efficient and attractive way, and he came up with creative solutions to make things work with our very old house and pipes. I've hired Tom and his teams twice. First time they fixed my very (very) broken bathroom. I had drain issues, faucet issues and a tub issue. Fixed in an hour. Second time, my dishwasher conked out and they came and sorted the whole thing out. Also, reinstalled a faucet I had to replace. Tome recommended a good faucet and sent me to get it, saving me a few hundred bucks. I appreciated that.
I referred them to a friend on the street whose shower was leaking into his kitchen and they they were also super happy with the job done, which was completed in 2 days.

It's hard to find good and honest contractors. Tom Day is a good and honest contractor and I recommend him entirely.
