Dave didn't charge for diagnosing the issue when other places didn't even want to look into the matter and was extremely helpful figuring out how I could address the issue.
I sourced the part independently based on Dave's recommendation and then brought the vehicle in for repair and was in an out within a few hours. Would highly recommend 12 Volt to customers with similar needs. -

Kept me up to date with what was going on with my equipment in an extremely difficult to navigate supply chain shortage (subs/speakers) by being up front with me. They made it worth the wait...my stereo was professionally installed and it sounds amazing. Knobs, plates and breakers look factory. Highly recommend this shop, they are worth every dollar and shout out to JL Audio Stealthboxes and Audio Control Amps...amazing equipment!!
