(December 4, 2022, 8:52 pm)I've been living here for several years and absolutely love the neighbourhood and the building. Management is great and always on top of things. The elevator issues are from the past - no building is perfect - but since they started with preventative maintenance they work fine.
Amenities are never too busy and wide in range... pool, jacuzzi, library, movie theatre room, wine tasting room, saunas, outside BBQ area etc.
Buildings are also not as close together as on the waterfront = better views and light throughout the day.

(February 9, 2022, 6:54 pm)Love the building. There's complaints about the elevators but I don't really have a problem with them. If one is down it could take a few mins at most to get one. There use to be huge issues with them a few yrs back but apparently after a huge fuss to the developers if one goes down now they get fixed much faster. My old building was much slower so I'm still pretty happy. Friendly people and great great great location. I love it here personally !!
