Condoplex system version 3, we installed it 3 months ago, and this is what I found.
CONS: The system has VOIP intercom system but has a bad eco. The panic and smoke alarms are not audible for security guard's attention. The alarms at workstation are not customizable, only you can crank up the computer volume.
The reports part is also quite not user friendly for even those who are well versed with computers.
Dashboard and GUI is zero customizable. Alarm acknowledgement section of the dashboard needs to cleared by security after every alarm that means tons of alarms to clear as every access door that opens give an alarm. Broken link in the acknowledgement section.
Parts are only available with the manufacturer.
PROS: Linux based system, runs on windows, and has its own intranet. The company can remotely login to the system for technical support. Technicians at Technical support are learned and helpful.
