I've been training with Luciano for 2 months and can't recommend highly enough. He is able to tailor the classes each time to the specific areas that I need to work on, is able to notice the smallest tweaks that I need to make to have the highest impact, and is very receptive to feedback and my preferences. No class is ever the same and the time flies by. The studio is also beautiful.

Fabia is amazing! Her ability to assess the needs of her clients, root out the problem and then solve the issue is nothing short of life changing! She has been consistently strengthening parts of my body that support my whole being in order to function pain free and with fluidity and balance.
