The Stock Room

I love The Stock Room. It is a wonderful place. The staff is amazing, the owners are very good. They are polite, accommodating and very respectful towards customers. The warehouse has a lot of variety and they have many great stuff there! I highly recommend to check out the website, and try to bid on items! I love bidding in different items I may need and some are a steal from retail price. Many brand new items!

I have been a regular customer for more than two years; I purchased open box items like home fitness equipment, jewellery, furniture, baby products, Automotive, PS4, headphones, utensils and other products. During all my purchases, if I suddenly noticed any defect or malfunction, they immediately refunded me my money without any further questions. The customer service was outstanding; they were friendly and helpful. The price is fantastic, and it was between a 30% to 60% discount from the retail value, sometimes even much lower. I do recommend the stock room.

Even though the product I got had some missing parts, the owner went out of his way to provide a refund. I did not get the chance the thank the owner. They are absolutely amazing and have my utmost respect. They have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

This is the best auction site out there, period. Simple, straightforward and great deals. I have gotten so many items and presents from here. The staff is absolutely incredible and respond super quickly on everything! I almost don't want to leave this review because it adds more competition but they are so good that they deserve it. Thanks for being awesome, keep up the great work!

Update: I got a hold of the staff via email and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Definitely recommend the place for their professionalism and will definitely buy from them again.

I've ordered from this place twice and overall has been scoring decent deals with the items. In my second order, I purchased a controller listed as brand new, but it was clearly used previously with wear and tear and grease marks. I'm sorting out with the staff at the moment, and will update the review accordingly after handling the issue.
