Best experience I have had at an Apple store, thanks so much for the people of this store for helping me restore my Macbook, and for Apple for continuing to have excellent customer service. You have made the life of a graduate student that much easier. Thanks for being amazing, from the bottom of my heart!

Had a great experience picking up an iPhone at this location. Tasnia was excellent in explaining the different features and accessories. Went through the benefits of Apple Care and gave an honest opinion on its need. I would recommend this store for the great service and non-pushy staff.

Visited Apple Fairview to enquire about updating a seven year old iPhone. Was attended to right away by Ali, who did a great job, giving me info tailored to my non-nerdy phone needs, and pros/cons of waiting for the iPhone 13. He also suggested options Rogers might have and looked at my Rogers account with me. Turns out Rogers is charging me $26 a month for stuff I never asked for. Definitely worth visiting this store vs online. Great job Ali and Apple. Thanks.

They are awesome. They fixed my phone in less than a day. I went there late so they had to give it back to me tomorrow early morning. The good thing is they stayed open until they finished diagnosing my phone. Perfect customer service.
