Had a great experience today looking for some earphones today, it was nice to make a great connection with your staff while shopping. Excellent customer service, keep it up!

Brought in some headphones that I thought was broken but Annie graciously took a look at it and helped us figure out the problem. Annie showed us that the staff there are really knowledgeable and will give advice based on what is best for the customer, and not necessarily what’s best for their business, so you know you’re in good hands. Thanks for being awesome; we love coming to you guys for our one-stop electronic needs!

They are one of the few places that carry a variety of batteries for clocks, golf rangefinders and devices. They also have a good selection of accessories for phones. Yet, I went to look at a Samsung and iPhone and found them not helpful at all. All they did was point to where the phones were....Duh...They didn't describe the phone differences. Therefore usually several sales clerks inside, but I just don't feel they're motivated to see the cell phones. You're better off going to the cell phone companies or Best Buy.
