Blair's work for us was in purchasing a condominium was superb from the first contact outlining the process to the purchase and closing. His explanations and instructions were always clear and helpful in all aspects. He is super responsive with detailed replies the same day, usually the same hour. When an issue arose (we had one with condo insurance) that were not his responsibility, he nevertheless offered to pitch in and assist. The mortgage rate was very competitive and the pre-approval helpful in bidding in a tight seller's market.
